This is beyond adorable, sounds delicious, and undoubtedly $$$$. Parmesan panna cotta is an awesome idea.

This is a delight to see on this sub.
Tough to see the asparagus tips on top is the only deficiency, which is not that big.

But what happened to all the mushroom stems?!

Nice buddy! Super cute especially the little shrooms and the crispy cherv is a nice move. Chantrelles are popping up here in the Pacific Northwest. They are so clunky compared to those little buttons. Have fun.
