    Tough to see the asparagus tips on top is the only deficiency, which is not that big.

    But what happened to all the mushroom stems?!

    Perhaps add a couple of shaved asparagus for some color punch? Maybe? Try and see. Beautiful plate!

    Nice buddy! Super cute especially the little shrooms and the crispy cherv is a nice move. Chantrelles are popping up here in the Pacific Northwest. They are so clunky compared to those little buttons. Have fun.
