I have some critiques of my own with this one, but i’ve been trying to work on my plating
It looks maybe a bit messy to me, BUT I would eat every bite here. Sounds delicious!

I’d lean into the rustic combination of foods and flavors here and plate accordingly. This feels like you can’t commit to either rustic plating, or something closer to fine dining, and as a result it looks indecisive.
