On today’s episode of roast my dinner, I have chive and orange peel poached flounder, orzo tossed with olive oil fresh basil and cherry tomato, parsley and onion sour dough toast, 17 year balsamic and basil oil.

    Sounds spectacular. Orzo could be plated a little more cleanly if I’m being pedantic, but I wouldn’t change a thing. I hope you enjoyed it.

    I like it! Personally I think a plate without all the dots would be a better match for this dish but that’s a nitpick. I like complicated platings on flat colors and simple platings on more textured plates but that’s just me
