    Might still seem excessive to have 420 cal just for ‘ice cream’ things, but definitely better than eating an entire Ben and Jerry’s tub which I could easily do

    Maybe you are in too much of a caloric deficit if you get bingeing urges?

    I don’t know if I’m impressed or jealous that you managed to have five desserts in one day and still hit your 1400 cal goal. 🤣

    If you like it, I LOVE it! And I so want to try all these snack brands that aren’t available on the US.

    Have you tried banana nice cream? 😛 you get a proper amount for quite low calories. (Edit lol I don’t have eyes!)

    I hear they make ice cream from cottage cheese as well… freezing quark/yogurt mixtures works quite well too!

    Looks delicious! Especially the mung bean ice cream.

    I tend to prefer cold mung bean soup because I feel I can drink it slowly instead of having to eat the the bar before it melts.
