Have you tried banana nice cream? š you get a proper amount for quite low calories. (Edit lol I donāt have eyes!)
I hear they make ice cream from cottage cheese as well⦠freezing quark/yogurt mixtures works quite well too!

Looks delicious! Especially the mung bean ice cream.
I tend to prefer cold mung bean soup because I feel I can drink it slowly instead of having to eat the the bar before it melts.
