

Hello! I have been working in professional kitchens as a cook for a few years now, and am working towards becoming a chef–though I haven’t been to culinary school. I have composed a few specials at work and have been practicing plenty at home. I made this dish last night for my fiancée and myself, and would like feedback on how you think I did. I appreciate any and all criticism and suggestions, thanks!

I would be pretty upset if I ordered something à la nage and it didn’t come with the broth.
You got the fish, but I think you forgot the nage.

Also your fish ripped
