    Tighten it up and get a better plate. Maybe a circle plate and crescent moon shaped plating and you’ve got a 5 star dish.

  2. Yes, I agree…tighten it up on a smaller plate. Looks too pretentious. But I like the components

  3. I think the plating is beautiful and not pretentious, which is an issue around this sub.

    Is that simply a raw shallot sliced fine?? Or did you do something different?
