  1. I’m not gonna lie, I have no idea how this would taste but it looks like a piece of art. Marvelous.

  2. This is one of the finest examples of plating that I’ve witnessed on this sub. A true work of art, as others have said, but it is equally impressive that the beans, asparagus, and peas are so exquisitely prepared.

    Bravo!

  3. How do you intend the dinner to consume this? Should they mix everything up? Should they cut into their veg and eat bites of tartare with it? Are the veg tender enough to cut without smearing the tartare about?

  4. Just fantastic. Probably the best picture I’ve seen in this sub. Among other things, I love how you’ve made it so precise, but still gave it a wild, unkempt look. Do you have any other pictures of it? I’m interested to see it from another angle

  5. What are the foraged herbs/what region did you find them? I’m getting into foraging myself and these fiddlehead-ish things look gorgeous. Flavor?

This is the most beautiful player I’ve seen on this sub. However, I’m imagining it tastes like eating a pine tree

  7. Amazingly gorgeous plate! I actually thought it was a painting at first, the hues and arrangement are wonderful.

  8. Thought this was a tiny planet photo from another sub I’m on at first… excellent work though!

  9. Wow, at first glance, I thought this was designed in a software! Impressive, and I know nothing more than making Kraft Mac N Cheese!

  10. Yes it looks very pretty, but not appetising as food. Undressed hairy twigs. Do they taste good because texturally they look awful to eat. And why hide the main element of the dish?
