    Everything is cooked to absolute perfection there, it’s a great example of how produce should be cooked. Plating is appealing but how well you cooked your produce is the highlight for me,. This post deserves a more attention

  5. Clean layout, but also impressively cleanly laid out. Not a single smudge with all these oily elements lol. Must have felt like disarming a bomb.

  8. Looks so well done! What method of cooking did you use for that wonderfully even steak? Reverse sear, sous vide, or perhaps very carefully in a pan??
