  1. Looks good, scallions could use a lil workshopping though. Open them longways and cut them into 2 inch sections, slice into lil ribbons and place em in ice water. They’re gonna curl up and look and eat a lot nicer

    It looks like you cut your steak with the grain. You’ll get better results if you cut meat the other way.
