Thank you all for the comments, criticism and advice i think it looks better maybe need some finishing touches. Happier with the result by Spyblitz Culinary Culinary Plating

amus on September 10, 2023 11:15 pm I think you should use belgian endive instead of that red oak and a good amount more than one sprig. I am also not sold on the tomato/roasted apple combo. What about something like a pickled cauliflower or charred broccolini instead of tomato?
