  1. Man, what an awesome sear on those scallops. I just commented about a minute ago on another plate of seared scallops in a different sub. These look absolutely amazing. Great job!

  2. Theres good stuff here but lose the thyme. All your guest/diner is going to do is move it to the side of the plate to get at those juicy scallops. Maybe even a skosh more pea puree?
