Man I LOVE the plate on this one. Other than the center looking a little plain, this looks great chef. Congratulations.

Ehm… I realize these components in this form are difficult to be made to look elegant, but this looks like leftovers of the leftovers from the dessert in a dinner party, taken out the fridge and slapped together quickly for a treat before bed time.
I would rework the components to allow a more elegant presentation.
