This was to taste test a light pasta from “ciao carb”/nutriwell 50g (dry) (listed as 115kcal but my math shows 175kcal?), 1 tsp quality olive oil (40kcal), 1 medium tomato (30-40kcal), and some garden parsley with S&P. I think I still prefer Fiber Gourmet but perhaps a side-by-side would be worthwhile as this brand is slightly cheaper with better macros (15g protein vs 6g, but also what’s with the sodium??).

  1. Theirs is correct if I’m reading it correctly. I think you didn’t subtract the fiber from your total carbs and therefore ended up with an extra 60 cal.

    Also, thanks for sharing!

  2. That’s given me a great idea! Toss with FF Italian and add some grilled chicken for protein.
