I love the flavor and soft smooth texture of the paste. I’m not a fan of the onion pieces, though my wife really likes that part. Overall it’s a delicious cheese and one I’ll make again for sure. The cheese knife was hand forged by u/cunninghamcustomeshop. I’m grateful he was kind enough to make it for me.
