Smoked up some pastrami beef ribs the other day, and with a bit left over, couldn’t think of any better way to use it than to make a pastrami reuben sandwich. Opted for a toasted everything bun instead of the classic rye, and I am not mad about it.

    Awesome reuben, looks like a long smoking time on that beef paid off bigtime. That’s a nice cut of meat to use.
