I bought these two cheeses in Amsterdam in February and the shop owner told me they were fine at room temperature but now I’m questioning if he meant for just the flight home. I’ve had them at room temp since then. The goat cheese in particular I’m questioning as it leaked a kind of yellowy clear liquid from the back. Should I have stored in my refrigerator?
