    It goes really well with chicken and cranberry sauce. A burger chain in Australia does this.

    I did a special burger at a restaurant I worked at. Brie with slices of pear pickled in brine from serrano chillies. We sold so many.

    I know burgers are your thing, Americans, and we British are mocked by you for our food, but in restaurants here (and at home), it is common to get ‘posh’ burgers: ones with Brie, Stilton and Gruyère.
