Homemade egg noodles as well. Been putting my new burner to good use. This shit is rad.

    I eyeballed everything but i think these measurements are accurate.

    Beef marinade:

    1 tbsp light soy sauce

    1 tsp dark soy sauce

    1 tsp cornstarch

    1 tsp shaoxing wine

    1 tsp oil

    1/4 tsp baking soda

    Veg:

    Big handful of cabbage or bok choy,

    1 large carrot julienned

    1 onion thin sliced

    2 scallions, cut into 1-2 inch pieces

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tsp ginger, minced

    spoonful of thai chili paste(optional)

    Sauce:

    4 tbsp light soy

    1.5 tbsp dark soy

    1.5 tbsp oyster sauce

    1 tsp sugar

    1 tsp sesame oil

    2 tbsp Shaoxing wine

    3 tbsp beef stock or water

    White pepper to taste

    For beef marinade, mix thoroughly with baking soda, let sit for 15 mins and then add the rest in and marinate for another 15.

    Get wok hot af, sear beef. set aside

    add onion, cook 30 seconds

    add garlic, ginger, chili, cook 15 seconds

    add carrot and cabbage/bok choy, cook 15 seconds

    add noodles and sauce, toss well then add the beef back in

    stir fry for a minute, making sure to let noodles and stuff char a little each time

    shut off heat, finish with scallions and sesame oil, toss well and serve. (Optional fried egg)
