

This one’s been in our catalog for a while and I never pulled the trigger on it. After seeing it pop up on social media a bunch all of a sudden, I decided to bring it in.
Rich, creamy, with a nice lactic tang and a clean butter finish. Absolute banger.

I live less than an hour from stephentown, NY. I’ve enjoyed this cheese many times. All the good cheesemongers carry it in my neck of the woods. It never disappoints.
I’m scared to admit I’m a total virgin to soft cheeses like this, don’t know where to start etc etc. looks amazing though

Looks similar to Cowgirl Creamery’s Mt Tam over here in CA. Adding this to the cheese bucket list.
