    Recipe
    Serves two at 372 calls/serving
Calories do not include veg ranch*

    1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup plant-based milk (I used almond, unsweetened)
    1/2 cup water
3/4 cup all-purpose flour (I used Bobs Red Mill)
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (I used Noble Made Hot Buffalo- make sure you check the label bc there’s butter in some!)

Just mix all the dry ingredients, then whisk in the milk and water. Dump the cauliflower in the batter and set them on a rack to let the excess run off. I air fried mine at 350 degrees for 15 minutes then tossed them in buffalo sauce and you’re done! Super good.

Mmm I make these all the time! Pro tip: add them to nachos or pizza for a little pizzaz. I make big batches and freeze it in portions, so theres delicious cauliflower ready for any occasion 😊

Looks delicious! I’ve been buying cauliflower wings from professionals because I didn’t want to invest in a deep fryer! I do certainly have an air fryer and will be trying this!!!

    Thank you for the inspo
