First time doing a reverse sear, think it turned out pretty well, maybe I'll go more towards a medium-rare next time. Was to eager to taste it so the nice pictures will be for the next tim as this one surely wasn't the last, haha.
Simple potatoe gratin with milk, cream, nutmeg and Comté cheese.
