  1. I love Indian food, but I don’t like the way they cook large meat pieces like these. They often overcook it and cover it with spices which overwhelms the natural flavour of the meat. 

    A good piece of meat should just be lightly seasoned with salt, pepper and maybe some aromatics. 

  2. That crust looks insanely well-spiced, I know that bite hits hard with the chutney.
