    Ingredients:

    Yeast Dough:

    200g AP Flour

    30g Unsalted butter

    Pinch of salt

    3g dry yeast

    25g Granulated Sugar

    1tsp of Vanilla

    1tsp of Orange zests

    70ml Warm milk

    1 egg

    1. Mix the all the ingredients and knead until just combine and Smooth.

    2. Let it rest for 1hr or until double in Size. Roll them up and put it in the 24cm Round Cake pan.

    3. Poke them up with the fork.

    Filling:

    500g Sour Cream

    140g Granulated sugar

    50g Corn starch

    1tbsp of Orange zest

    2 eggs

    60ml Oil

    200ml Whole milk

    1tsp of vanilla

    200g Canned Mandarins

    Instruction:

    1. Mix the all the ingredients except mandarin.

    2. Add the mandarin and mix it gently. Then pour the mixture into a Yeast Base and placeing some mandarin over the top.

    3. Preheat the oven 180c and bake it in the oven for 40~45min.

    4. Open the oven door slightly and let cool until thr center is slightly jiggle but the edge is firm.

    5. Let it chill in tje freezer for 3hr and slice them up enjoy.
