

I could eat this everyday. Never put cheese curds on toast before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Melted down to a gooey consistency that gave the best cheese pulls of this adventure so far every bite, and by a long shot! Caramelized beautifully on top for a very light crunch before hitting the ooey gooey center. If I were to find something to complain about, it would be that the flavor is not particularly bold. It’s a nice creamy white subtle cheddar flavor.
