I’ve always loved cheese, but I’ve mostly kept to hard cheeses. I’ve had brie a few times, but only recently learned to enjoy it.
After reading so much about triple creams in this subreddit I simply had to try. And you guys were so right!! It’s absolutely delicious! Thank you all for introducing me to this incredible cheese, I’ll be forever grateful.
