

Don’t get me wrong, I love cottage cheese. However, it does not belong on toast. The cook eliminated any flavor profile that existed leaving a moist mess that reeked of shame and poor life choices. I don’t know if I should be happy or alarmed that I was able to pull out three specks of caramelization color during the toasting. The bread was crisp and crunchy around the outside and a soggy gooey mess in the middle. Cottage cheese on toast made both the cottage cheese and the toast substantially worse. I’d like to give it a zero as it was essentially inedible but I fear we may come across an even worse cheese on toast.
