    What is this? Tartare for ants? Jokes aside, there is too much garnish for the amount of tartare for me.

    Do you get a single piece of bread? How’s the eatability of this dish? Are you cutting up lettuce and radish for every bite? Some things to think about.

    A well intended dish with a slightly flawed execution personally but please show us more and keep improving!

    Not sure if it was your dish the last time, but I personally would get rid of any tomato stems, and add micros instead. I wouldn’t plate anything that a customer couldn’t eat, or that they would have to pick off. Lots of tasty micros out there!
