Hailing from Prince Edward Island and produced with the milk of Holstein cows is Cow’s Creamery’s Clothbound cheddar. These guys outdid themselves with this thermalized cheese, with the original recipe coming from Scotland.
It’s nutty, and has this amazing grassy/tangy aftertaste that drives me crazy (in a good way).
Hands down one of the best cheddars I’ve ever eaten, and I often argue it’s the best cheddar made in the country 🇨🇦

Looks amazing. Way better than the canned shite that people weirdly eulogize in place of real cheddar on here sometimes.
I love this Clothbound cheddar. One thing that I don’t like is the price. But overall I could say it’s almost comparable with Cabot one.
