Fiber from whole food sources is the thing I consider the most important factor in my sustained weight loss, so wanted to post a meal that I have been eating everyday for the last few days. i have it alongside a homemade latte made with fairlife 2% to boost the protein a bit :). savory oats with a jammy egg, sautéed spinach and half an avocado. I add parmesan and a tiny (tiny!!) bit of veggie better than bouillon. I add chia seeds to boost the fiber even more, but if the texture bothers you, maybe skip. I am normally a sweet oatmeal gal but have been wanting to switch things up!

    1 egg, one serving of purely Elizabeth superfood oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, spinach, parm, and half an avocado. 20 grams of fiber, 550 calories and 22 grams of protein without the latte. About 30 grams with the latte

    Oh I love this. Do you mind sharing how you prepare the oatmeal? I’ve literally never made savory oats before.

    This with a small bowl of berries and whipped cream or some chocolate for a sweet treat! Yum!
