Animal crackers and Cougar’s Gold
Tried this for the first time inspired by this subreddit (had to see if it was worth the hype). I’d rate this cheese 10/10, especially with its versatility. It was delicious and rich on its own, I loved the tiny sharp cheese crystals if you know what I mean? Was great with crackers or grapes but the winning combo was animal crackers. If you have some soon, please also try it with animal crackers and get back to me! And thank you for inspiring me to order this cheese, I have an aged cheddar waiting in the back of my fridge too!
