
Was just grabbing a sliver of mimolette for a nibble…then I saw the apricot jam. And the GF sourdough, perfect for toast. And the last wedge of bloomy rind cheddar. So why not!
Also is it weird to eat two different cheeses in the same bite? Because these ones work, but except for melting different cheese together in sauces or a grilled cheese sandwich I hadn't thought whether or not cheese+cheese is a legitimate pairing.
