Are those Agapanthus/Lilly of the Nile flowers? If so, please do not eat them, they’re poisonous. I would highly recommend checking on any plant that isn’t specifically being sold as edible before adding it to a plate.

Flavour sounds fine, so I’m not gonna comment on that:)
The quenelle could be a bit cleaner (pretty obvious, but nothing bad, just takes practice or a form).
The mint leafs don’t look so appetizing tbh. they look like they’re either not fresh or soaked in something. The left one also looks kinda torn apart.
The rasperry drizzle looks fine, but also, could be cleaner. You could have wiped the little splash away or just covered it up with the mint leaf.
The strawberry cake sounds nice, but I’d make it into an easier form, if you’re kot absolutely sure you can get them evenly. The idea of making spheres sounds nice, but if you’re not able to pull it off perfectly, I’d just leave it be (or work on it, if you want to stay with it).
For the blueberries, I’d maybe make their placement look a bit more random/natural? I’d just try a few different approaches of placing them, maybe not always just one single blueberry. I’m also not completely sure how I’d do it here, so just go and see what looks best.
For the crumble, I’d love to have some larger chunks in your dish, since there isn’t much texture otherwise in your dish. But that’s personal preference. If the crumble was a bit darker it would also give a bit colour contrast and add depth to your dish. Just give it a try if you’d like.
Overall, sounds delicious, lot’s of space for improvement.
And yeah, the flower…
