  1. Looks absolutely delicious and love your presentation. I always look forward to your next menu.

  2. * Char siu recipe is by RecipeTin Eats. I marinated a little over 48 hours. Came out perfect and everyone loved it.
    * Pork gyozas by Hot Thai Kitchen. These were freezer meal prepped from a few months ago.
    * Broccoli w/ garlic sauce recipe by The Woks of Life
    * Wonton wrappers from The Woks of Life. I seasoned cream cheese will scallions, s+p, pinch of sugar, and sriracha. (Didn’t have the energy to fold them pretty lol)

    Fried rice

    * Roughly 4 cups of day old jasmine rice. I leave my rice to dry out in fridge on a baking sheet, not covered.
    * 1 bunch of scallions, whites and greens separated.
    * Roughly 1 cup of frozen peas, carrot, and corn mix
    * Grated 1″ chunk of frozen ginger and looots of grated garlic
    * Soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, MSG
    * Finish with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and greens of scallions

Over high heat using a wok, add spoonful chicken schmaltz (or any animal fat or neutral oil), sauté whites of scallions for a few mins. Add grated ginger + garlic. Cook until smells fragrant, it will be really fast. Then add frozen veggies, sauté for a few mins or until they’re no longer frozen.

I like to add another spoonful of fat then add the rice. Stir fry, constantly stirring until rice starts to get crispy + hot. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and MSG. Stir fry for a few more mins. Take off heat, add green scallions, and drizzle of sesame oil. – I like to add in a little bit more grated garlic at the end for that extra fresh garlic bite.

  3. I hope they appreciate the amount of work that goes into a meal like this. This looks absolutely incredible! Thank you for sharing 🙂
