  1. * finely slice a yellow onion, fry on low. Add one finely sliced/diced red chili, fry.
    * When color starts to develop, push onion to one side and add about 1 tbsp tomato paste with a little more oil to the center, fry with spices (cumin, paprika, kashmiri chili powder, cayenne, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper), combine with onion and push aside.
    * 2 cloves garlic, one chopped, one minced. Cook until barely fragrant.
    * (Nutritional yeast for extra flavor and nutrients).
    * 1 beef stock cube, a little sugar/xylitol, water.
    * Can of Lima beans.
    * Can of diced tomato.
    * About 60ml coconut milk.
    * Let it stew for a while.
    * 400g vegan mince cooked separately, a little Worcestershire sauce, a bit of Cajun spice, combine with chili.
    * 2 handfuls of spinach towards the end, wilt with residual heat.

    Excellent on its own!
