    This looks nice. The restaurant I work at has the salmon similar but not as pretty looking

    Your salmon is overcooked dude – if the fat is bubbling out and you see white push out of the flesh, you have applied heat too long on that side.

    Want to cook perfect salmon? Get a cake tester and probe the sender of the salmon- test it on your lip or up on your forearm; if it is body temperature in the center, remove and let rest skin up for 3-5 minutes and enjoy perfection.
