I bought a small wedge of this cheese from Murray’s about 5-6 years ago for a lil get together and to this day, I haven’t had anything like it since 🥲 I signed up for alerts in case they ever produce/stock it again but no such luck. Based on the photo + notes on second slide, would anyone be able to recommend something similar? TIA!
