Was the dish ratatouille named after someone, or did it emerge on its own? I doubt that this dish just appeared out of nowhere

keiperegrine on February 24, 2026 4:32 am There was….a containment incident with the giant standing chest freezer. The meat stash or homemade stocks were safe, thank god, but the entire door of frozen prepped veggies defrosted. So this was my solution!
