This butterkase cheese is so yellow it looks like eggs on a sandwich.

It reminded me of an over-easy egg the first time I melted it on a sandwich.

Edit: Nice semi-soft cheese, creamy, flavor reminds me of a Havarti and smoked mozzarella mix. Melts so nice.
