Just discovered this sub! Here’s the charcuterie board I made last week for Galentine’s. From left to right, top to bottom, the cheeses are: dutch smoked cheese, triple cream brie,unexpected cheddar, and toscano soaked in syrah (all from Trader Joe’s).
