
I need to know if anyone else has noticed this or if I’m making it up. But honestly im pretty attentive to flavors and textures so I’m more confident than not about this. I feel that the quality of Beechers flagship cheddar has considerably decreased over the last few years. This cheese has the consistency and texture of a slightly sharper than medium cheddar cheese. No protein crystals and the flavor isn’t even sharp. But sometimes I get a good one that is exactly what I remember beechers tasting like. Sharp much more crumbly and plenty of crunchy crystals. Please let me know if I’m crazy or not lol
