I went back to work for the first time since September, last week- so life has gotten really busy but I’m still going to try and cook when I can.
First photo is Homemade Spaghetti and Meatballs, although I used angel hair which my partner and I love. The sauce uses San Marzano tomatoes and the meatballs use ground chuck, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, herbs and spices. This was excellent.
Second photo is Honey-garlic Chicken with rice. The chicken was lightly breaded and i made a honey garlic sauce to go with, it tasted great.
Third photo is Buffalo Chicken dip I made for the super bowl (even though I don’t watch football! Haha!) i used Tini’s recipe with smoked gouda, it was very enjoyable.
Fourth/fifth photo are of our Valentine’s Day dinner – I did Steak Kabobs on the blackstone and they were pretty tasty, although if I were to remake them i’d season the steak a bit differently.
Sixth photo is Homemade Pizza with the tomato sauce from the meatballs, mozz+ricotta, turkey pepperoni, tomatoes and peppers. I made a high protein pizza dough and it was delicious, I really enjoyed it.
Seventh photo is Bulgogi Beef with Scallions, crispy Panko Broccoli, and jasmine rice. This meal was great and is a great work lunch too. Quick and tasty.
Have a great week, happy cooking.
