I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: Inspired by the famed French goat cheese Morbier – best identified by the thin line of vegetable ash running through its center – Blakesville’s Linedeline is a large format ash-ripened goat cheese that transforms as it ages: When it’s young it’s pleasingly firm, and as it ages a gooey creamline develops under the skin and the paste becomes irresistibly fudgy and fluffy. It has a grassy, citrusy, slightly mushroomy flavor, with a bright tang similar to creme fraiche. Pair with a sweet jam, fresh fruit, a salad, or stir into risotto.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.
