This looks great. Love the plate with it. Looks like somethings you’d get on a coastal town.
Some suggestions would be:
1. Swap one of the red tomatoes with one of the far yellow ones so they’re not so evenly divided.
2. Put some of that oil on the fish just to get a slight pop of color on it

Love this, I would take the stems off of the tomatoes though. Maybe add some micros instead of those stems.

I love a good butter bean purée.

That sounds/looks really fucking good, nice work. Taking smoked paprika oil off the dish it’s on and replacing with nduja oil asap.
