    Recipe:

    Chicken:
    – I pounded a chicken breast and lightly coated it in seasoned flour before sautéing in a skillet for about 4 minutes on both sides
    – Sliced up once cooked and mixed in with buffalo sauce of my choice (I used Melinda’s Ghost Pepper wing sauce)

    Pasta:
    Boiled pasta!

    Celery salad:
    – “Homemade” ranch using mayonnaise, milk, hidden valley ranch seasoning & fresh dill
    – Chopped up a head of celery and mixed with the ranch and tweaked until getting the consistency I wanted

    This was the least healthy thing I’ve posted here, but it was delicious!
