This is the pastrami sandwich at Freeman's, a BBQ and craft beer shop in Tokyo. The pastrami here is fantastic, and many say arguably better than Katz's in NYC. Sounds crazy, I know, but the guy running this place is from NYC, so he knows what works.

I believe it because you can get great Japanese food in New York. It makes sense that you can find great NY food in Japan.
