    Tbf, ingredients you cant pronounce might just be the same stuff thats in an apple. Unless you cant pronounce cyanide for some reason

    189 calories: 1 piece sourdough carb smart bread, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/2 package of avocado mash (28g). (I add tons of lemon pepper)

  3. Literally eating organic sour dough avocado toast as I type this. Throw some spinach and a hard boiled egg on top and you’ve got a complete meal. Easy to digest carbs, serving of veggies, protein, and a bit of healthy fats. Put some lemon pepper or garlic pepper on that bish too 🤤 All under 300cal

    Anyone who’s taken basic organic chemistry can pronounce all those ingredients, and also laughs when someone calls sourdough “organic”.

  5. I see your point and agree but can we please let the “ingredients I can’t pronounce = bad” thing die?
