Literally eating organic sour dough avocado toast as I type this. Throw some spinach and a hard boiled egg on top and you’ve got a complete meal. Easy to digest carbs, serving of veggies, protein, and a bit of healthy fats. Put some lemon pepper or garlic pepper on that bish too 🤤 All under 300cal

Tbf, ingredients you cant pronounce might just be the same stuff thats in an apple. Unless you cant pronounce cyanide for some reason
