  1. It changes on a monthly basis.

    Last month, a was enjoying a slice of Gorgonzola for my post dinner snack.

    This month, I’ve been enjoying aged Gouda.

    I’m going to the store later today, and I’m feeling a craving for some Humboldt Fog or Purple Haze for the next month.

    Edit: they didn’t have any cypress grove cheeses, and now I am sad.
