I purchased their foxglove and another white rind soft cheese in the fall of 25 at my local coop and have been dreaming of them ever since.
I particularly enjoyed their white rind soft cheese because it had a very sharp and assertive bite to it. I thiiiiink the white rind cheese was their snapdragon habanero cheese but I could be wrong!
Would absolutely recommend trying their cheese at your local coop/cheesemonger or buying directly from the tulip tree creamery website

I added this to a spread, on a whim, for a friend’s 50th surprise party.
The peppery, floral taste was a happy surprise to my palate!
Looks tasty!! 😋
This cheese is so good. I believe they wash it in beer?
Honestly every soft ripened cheese from this creamery is great stuff.
I agree. They do an outstanding job on all of their cheeses.
Big fan of their cheese. If it wasn’t a chili-spicy cheese you had, it could have also been their classic Trillium which another blooming rind cheese. You should try their Nettle cheese as well, it’s fresh cow’s milk cheese with herbs and nettle leaves, great with a little honeycomb on a cracker!
In the holiday businesses we misplaced a box of these and didn’t put them out until they were at absolute peak ripeness. We (the mongers) were so happy to take a couple home when it wasn’t selling. They were LIQUID in the best way possible. 11/10.
Their other cheeses smack as well
